Tony Palm

He has over 10 years staffing experience having placed candidates with the federal government, private sector, and non-profit organizations. His areas of expertise include: cleared intelligence & IT professionals, logistic analysts, contract management/procurement specialists, human resource, mechanical/electrical/civil engineers, and transiting warfighters.

In addition to his staffing efforts, Mr. Palm is in demand as a speaker and presenter for a variety of military support organizations. Prior to his staffing career, Mr. Palm served in the US Navy for 20 years, retiring in 1995 as a Chief Petty Officer/Deep Sea Diver. During his naval career, he completed 2 tours of recruiting duty, serving in Navy Recruiting Districts Pittsburgh, Washington, and Philadelphia where he was awarded 5 Gold Wreaths and a Navy Achievement Medal for recruiting excellence.

Tony is an avid sea kayaker and this year completed his quest to cross the Chesapeake Bay. He often commutes to his office by bike and is known to have camped in some of the most remote areas in the United States. He makes his home in Northern Virginia
